Unified Contribution Revenues Increased by 17.8% in Six Months

From January to June 2026, the revenues from the unified contribution (UC) for mandatory state social insurance in Ukraine amounted to 370.7 billion UAH, an increase of 56.1 billion UAH or 17.8% compared to the first half of 2025, when payers transferred 314.6 billion UAH. The increase is attributed to the growth in the number of officially employed citizens and the responsible attitude of payers. In 2026, the minimum insurance contribution is 1,902.34 UAH per month, while the maximum is 38,046.80 UAH. Funds from the unified contribution are directed towards financing pensions, temporary disability benefits, insurance payments for accidents, and other social guarantees. Full payment of the UC affects the formation of the insurance record of employees, which is necessary for receiving pension benefits and social payments.
