The project was founded by Ego Death Capital partners Jeff Booth and Lyn Alden, focusing on acquiring profitable U.S. businesses with annual cash flows ranging from $1 million to $10 million. The strategy involves long-term holding and operational improvements, while also building a Bitcoin reserve and planning to establish an internal AI operations team to enhance the productivity of the invested companies.
