Kyiv Spent Over 2.3 Billion UAH on Housing Restoration

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Kyiv has allocated over 2.333 billion UAH for the restoration of residential buildings damaged by Russian attacks. As of July 1, work has been completed in 31 apartment buildings, while another 26 are in the process of restoration. The customer for the restoration of 56 apartment buildings is the municipal enterprise "Zhylinveststroy-UCS". Vyacheslav Nepop noted that the city is doing everything possible to assist Kyiv residents who have lost their homes. Additionally, 22 residential buildings are participating in an experimental restoration project, 19 of which are serviced by "Zhylinveststroy-UCS". The district administrations of Kyiv are working on the restoration of 244 residential buildings affected by shelling. The Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration emphasized the importance of communication with the owners of the damaged housing. Since the beginning of 2026, nearly 7,000 Kyiv residents have received financial support totaling 190 million UAH. The government has also instructed to allocate 3.040 billion UAH from the reserve fund for the community of Vyshneve to eliminate the consequences of the shelling on July 6.
