Kaia, Galactica, and Pinetree Sign Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding to Focus on Ship Financing in Indonesia

Blockchain company Kaia, RWA tokenization firm Galactica, and Pinetree, a subsidiary of Hanwha Investment & Securities in Singapore, have signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding. The collaboration includes asset discovery, tokenized securities issuance, compliance, circulation, and investor access. The three parties will prioritize the advancement of tokenized ship financing in Indonesia and plan to expand into infrastructure assets and financial products.
