BlockBeats News, November 14th, Bloomberg's Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas posted, stating, "The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued new guidance that appears to allow issuers to expedite the effectiveness of their filing to quickly clear the backlog of pending projects."
"I guess those cryptocurrency ETFs that had not completed the 8a process before will try to expedite as much as possible. Bitwise's XRP ETF should be next in line."
