[Notice on Deactivation of Old Deposit Addresses]

To improve deposit stability and enhance asset security, the system has completed a deposit address upgrade for all main networks.

The old deposit addresses will be phased out soon. Please read the details below:

2026/02/16 Old Addresses Taken Offline Deposits made to old addresses will not be credited automatically. Please contact customer support for manual processing. Funds are expected to be credited within 1–2 business days.
2026/02/28 Old Addresses Expire Deposits sent to expired addresses will not be credited and may be permanently lost.
 
Q1: Why is my deposit address being changed? Will this affect the security of my assets?
This address change is intended to improve overall deposit stability and strengthen asset security. We have upgraded our blockchain nodes and address system to enhance risk monitoring and effectively reduce potential risks caused by abnormal on-chain activities. This upgrade will make your deposit experience safer and more reliable.
 
Q2: Since this affects all main networks, will the update be complicated?
We understand that you may manage assets across multiple networks. This upgrade is completed automatically by the system—no complicated actions are required. Just remember one key rule: starting today, please obtain and use the new deposit address from the deposit page. We have also provided a sufficient transition period to ensure a smooth changeover.
 
Q3: When must I start using the new address? How long can I use the old one?
The platform has already enabled the new addresses. We recommend that you start using the new address as soon as possible. The old addresses will be taken offline on 2026/02/16. Please switch to the new address early.
 
Q4: If I accidentally deposit to an old address, will I lose my funds?
A: Before the old addresses are taken offline, deposits sent to old addresses will still be recognized and credited automatically, so please rest assured. However, once the old addresses are fully disabled, deposits sent to them will not be credited and cannot be recovered. Therefore, please switch to the new address as soon as possible.
 
Q5: What should I do to ensure my deposits are successful?
The main action you need to take is to update any addresses you’ve saved: 
1) Update whitelisted/frequently used deposit addresses saved in other exchanges, wallets, or address books to the new address as soon as possible. 
2) If you previously shared the old address with others for deposits, please inform them to update it as well. 
3) For every deposit, make sure to copy the latest address directly from the official deposit page in the app.
